Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 package (about l pound) rotini or macaroni
  • 1 can (about 12 ounces) canned chicken
  • 1 can (about 15 ounces) low-sodium tomato sauce
  • 1⁄2 can (about 8 ounces) low-sodium green peas, drained
  • 3 slices pasteurized process American cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook rotini or macaroni according to package directions. Drain well.
  3. In a large oven-safe dish, mix the chicken, tomato sauce, peas,

    and macaroni.

  4. Add the 3 slices of cheese on top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
